May Recipe: Mexican Vanilla French Toast

Mexican Vanilla French Toast

1 loaf Texas Toast bread or homemade bread
Cut 3/4 inch thick

Mix together:
5 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 ½ T. Mexican vanilla
1 t. cinnamon

Dip bread in mixture and fry on griddle
or hot platter ~ 3 minutes per side.

This is very sweet and is also great as a cold snack!
